I'm Richard Connors, owner of Avanti Business Group. For 20 years I’ve provided Systems Analysis, Software Development and Project Management services to medical, financial, bio-tech and hi-tech companies locally and across the nation.

Time and again I've found that vague, confusing procedures were the root cause of most problems. All too often I would have to define basic processes before I could start the job I was originally hired to do. I then built my own methods and techniques, avoiding the flaws I found in others. I've tested and refined my approach at site after site. I now have hard data that proves my methods are the most economical, effective, and productive available anywhere, at any price. So effective and so simple that I created a brief, economical class to teach these analysis and process writing methods.
